Can I get a refund from the AustraliaV?

Customer (s) are responsible for claiming a refund (his / her money) if:

  • The AUSTRALIAV office agreed to receive the customer’s request, after which an individual decision withdraws this decision not to complete the status of the request only if the AUSTRALIAV office didn’t provide consultation or substantive information about the inquiry until the withdrawal.
  • The AustraliaV office provides false or dishonest advice regarding the customer’s request or case, which resulted negatively the customer’s request. The customer shall not have the right to claim a refund in case of unsuccessful completing the customer’s request due to any objective circumstances, actions of third parties and factors beyond the control of the AustraliaV office.
  • The customer cannot obtain the visa/immigration due explicitly to misinformation by the AUSTRALIAV office
  • That the customer made a real/honest mistake in submitting the request to AUSTRALIAV for which he notified the AUSTRALIAV office immediately.
  • At AUSTRALIAV, we strive to provide every customer with efficient and reliable service. However, we know that there may be times when a customer wishes to cancel our service. We offer a money refund guarantee and will fully refund the amount paid according to each case. If you submit a request for a refund within 45 days and the relevant government agency does not approve your request, we will issue you a full refund within three working days.

Please note that AUSTRALIAV will issue no refund approvals for a customer/customers who wish to terminate their agreement with AUSTRALIAV before the time of delivery of customers’ immigration and/or visa applications. Refunds will only be issued after the relevant authority/body has submitted a negative decision regarding the customer’s condition/request. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

In general, we cannot refund refunds upon successful submission of an order or if online registration has been submitted and approved with the relevant government agency, which has approved the customer’s request. If you believe we have not performed our work following the terms and conditions indicated in the order form, please email us.

AUSTRALIAV office collects an administration fee on the refunded amount which shall be adjusted according to the package selected by the Customer for which he submits a request, as follows:

For “Immigration Strategy Package” & “VIP Comprehensive Immigration Support Package” the administration fee in case of refund shall be 18 % of the amount of the relevant package paid by the Customer
For “Tourism Visa Package” package the administration fee in case of refund shall be 18 % of the amount of the relevant package paid by the Customer
For “Professional Advice for Investment Visa” package the administration fee in case of refund shall be 50 EUR
For “Family Immigration Strategy Package” the administration fee in case of refund shall be 18 % of the amount of the package paid by the Customer.
For “VIP Ultimate Package” – 18 % of the amount of the relevant package paid by the Customer.
The above administration fees will be set-off by the amount of the chosen package subject to refund to the Customer.

AUSTRALIAV reserves the right to change the above fees from time to time in its sole discretion, without prior notice to the Customer. The Customer acknowledges the responsibility to stay informed of the most current Refund Policy and the other relevant legal pages of this website when utilizing the Services or requesting a refund.

Should any issue arise regarding any matter, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department. Suppose the problem is solved individually by cancelling the bank or credit card company’s financial transaction. In that case, we reserve the right to contact the bank and submit a re-application letter to request a refund to our account. We may, at our sole discretion, stop providing services to specific users.

In the end, the issue of a refund is at AUSTRALIAV’s sole discretion. Although the company has returned the money in isolated cases in the past, one should know that it is considered final when the payment is made.
