Terms Of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the AustraliaV websites and services. Please read them carefully; by using our sites or buying a service you agree to them.

1. Service provider

australiav.org and my.australiav.org ("AustraliaV", "we", "us") are operated by NML Corp Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 13134789). By using our websites or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Our services

We provide information, guidance, preparation and support relating to Australian visa and immigration processes, and related relocation or settlement coordination, according to the package you choose. Each package covers only what is expressly described. The number of people, deliverables, sessions, follow-up period and start date are confirmed before payment. Any change requires written agreement from both parties on scope and price.

3. Our role and its limits

AustraliaV is a private company. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with any government or embassy. We are not a law firm or a registered migration agent and we do not provide legal, tax or investment advice. Any regulated work is carried out by licensed professionals under their own terms. Professional fees, government fees and other third-party costs are not included in our prices unless stated before payment.

4. No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee the grant of any visa, residency, appointment, bank account, housing, admission or business outcome; those decisions rest with the relevant authorities. We do commit to performing the work we describe with reasonable care and skill.

5. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars (USD); the final total, including any applicable taxes, is displayed before payment.
  • Payment is a one-time charge. There is no automatic subscription or renewal unless a separate contract says so.
  • We make no additional charge without your separate request and approval.
  • Card payments are processed by an external, PCI-DSS certified provider; an order confirmation is sent by email.

6. Start and duration

The service period begins when we have received the complete information and documents we need, subject to your cancellation rights and any early-start request. Start dates are confirmed in writing. Embassy and government processing times are separate from our service timeline. We tell you about any delay caused by missing documents, with no automatic extra fees.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and documents, and confirm you are authorised to submit data for anyone covered by the service. Parents or legal guardians provide information for children. You review and approve forms before submission. We do not prepare or submit false information.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Accepting these Terms does not mean consenting to marketing or non-essential cookies.

9. Cancellation, refunds and complaints

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation / Refund Policy. To raise a complaint, email us with your order number if you have one; we aim to respond within 5 working days.

10. Intellectual property

All content on our websites is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

11. Changes and governing law

The prices and terms agreed when you enter into your contract apply to that contract; later website updates do not change an existing contract without valid agreement. These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights or the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
